Joining the Telegram community

The StakerX community chat on Telegram is open to StakerX account holders with at least $10 in lifetime deposits. You link your Telegram account to your StakerX account once, from Settings, and the StakerX Guard bot lets you in.

Why linking is needed

Open crypto chats attract spam bots and scammers who copy a team member's name and photo, then message people privately. Linking confirms that everyone in the chat has a funded StakerX account, which keeps most of them out.

StakerX keeps only your Telegram username, numeric ID and app language, and when you join or leave the chat. Telegram never gives a bot your phone number, and the bot cannot read your private chats.

StakerX support will never message you first, never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or password, and will never ask you to send funds anywhere. Anyone who does is a scammer, even inside the community chat.

Never post a deposit, withdrawal or other transaction question in the community chat. Use the support form in your dashboard instead, where your account details stay private.

How to link your Telegram account

1. Sign in to your StakerX dashboard and deposit at least $10, if your account does not have that yet.

2. Open Settings and find the Telegram community card.

3. Tap Link Telegram. Telegram opens a chat with the StakerX Guard bot: tap Start. Only start the bot from the link in your Settings.

The only official bot is @StakerXGuardBot (StakerX Guard). Check the username before you tap Start: it only links accounts and approves join requests, and never asks for funds, codes, or wallet details.

4. The bot confirms the link and sends you the invite to the community chat. Ask to join, and the bot approves you right away.

Each link from Settings works once and expires after 15 minutes. If yours has expired, tap Link Telegram again for a new one.

If you ask to join before linking

New members link before they join. If you ask to join before linking, the bot declines the request and sends you a message explaining how to link. Link from Settings, then ask to join again, and the bot approves you right away.

Members who were already in the chat when linking became required keep their place until the date announced in the chat, and can leave and rejoin until then. If that date passes before they link, they are removed from the chat, and they can come back any time once their account is linked.

Unlinking

You can unlink in Settings at any time. Unlinking removes you from the community chat; link again whenever you want to rejoin.
